Appointments Your health is our greatest concern. It is vital when booking an appointment to kindly notify us of any allergies, health concerns, medical conditions, or special requests. As a courtesy, a member of our team will call the day before to confirm your appointment.

Cancellation Policy A credit card is required to hold your reservations, and we ask that cancellations and rescheduling be made 24 hours in advance to avoid fees (48 hours for packages). 50% of the service price will be charged for missed appointments.

Gratuities are not included in our spa menu prices and are always greatly appreciated. The amount you reward your therapist will go directly to her. We will be happy to assist you in calculating the appropriate gratuity for any service.

Spa 101 Our professional staff will use special attention and careful draping during your service. For your privacy, disposable under garments are available. We suggest you dress to your level of comfort. Please let your therapist know if you have specific areas to emphasize, avoid, preferred pressure and any medical concerns and/or allergies (some of our products may contain: soy, nuts, seaweed, etc).

Arrival at the Spa This is your time so let us make the most of it. We suggest arriving at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment time to check-in, slip into a luxurious robe and slippers, update your guest profile and unwind with herbal tea and treats.

Regretfully, late arrivals will have an abbreviated service.

Inside MoM Spa For a comfortable and stress-free time with us, please leave all valuables at home. To enhance your experience, we have soundproofed our space. We also provide a private changing area, personal lockers, an intimate shower retreat and a plush relaxation oasis.

Finally, Peace and Quiet! For the comfort of all of our guests, we kindly ask you turn off all cell phones/pagers for the duration of your visit.
